Our 1000th brew was inspired by the idea of Áron, our brewer, combining the hop profile of Gentle Bastard with the malt profile of Herr Lager. It’s a special creation—hoppy like a West Coast IPA, pleasantly malty like a Pilsner, yet unique and incredibly refreshing. Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo on the cold side, and Hersbrucker on the hot side.
